General
Where are you located?
We're at 5843 Dick Pond Road, Myrtle Beach, SC 29588, on the Intracoastal Waterway. Look for our sign off Dick Pond Road.
What are your hours?
We're open 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM Daily during our season (March – October). Hours may vary by activity.
Do I need to make a reservation?
Yes, reservations are highly recommended, especially during peak summer months. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but booking ahead guarantees your spot.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. Weather-related cancellations are always rescheduled at no charge.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and NFC mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay). No cash transactions.
Is there parking available?
Yes! Free parking is available on-site for all guests.
Safety
Do I need experience?
No experience is needed for any of our activities. Our expert staff provides thorough instruction before every rental or tour.
Is it safe for kids?
Absolutely! We offer activities for all ages. Jet ski passengers can be children (with adult operator). Tubing is great for kids 5+. Pontoon boats are perfect for families with kids of any age.
What safety equipment is provided?
All safety gear is included: US Coast Guard approved life jackets, safety lanyards for jet skis, and a full safety briefing before every activity.
What happens if weather is bad?
Safety is our top priority. If severe weather (lightning, high winds) makes conditions unsafe, we'll reschedule your activity at no additional charge. Light rain usually doesn't stop the fun!
Jet Ski Rentals & Tours
How old do you have to be to drive a jet ski?
Operators must be 18+ with a valid driver's license.
How many people can ride on one jet ski?
Up to 2 riders per jet ski with a max 400 lb weight limit.
Is fuel included in the jet ski rental?
Yes! All fuel is included in the rental price. No hidden charges or surprise fees.
What's the difference between a rental and a tour?
Rentals give you the jet ski for your chosen time period to ride in our designated area. Tours are guided 2-hour adventures through backcountry waterways with a group and expert guide.
Boat Rentals
Do I need a boating license?
No license is required for recreational boating in South Carolina. We provide a full orientation before departure.
What's the difference between pontoon and tritoon?
Pontoons have two hulls and seat up to 9. Tritoons have three hulls for smoother, more stable rides and seat up to 12. Both come fully loaded with amenities.
Can I go fishing from the boat?
Yes! Bring your own gear and a valid SC fishing license (available online). The Intracoastal has great fishing opportunities.
Where can I take the boat?
Head south to the Waccamaw Nature Preserve or north toward Barefoot Landing. We'll give you a map and recommendations during orientation.
